Yes, a stable internet connection is a key requirement for the service to work. Without it, incoming SMS forwarding will not work and the client will not receive the service.
In your personal account, open the menu next to the SIM card and select the item «SIM Info». In the window that opens there is an item "Battery".
A new device is a new Device ID to which SIM cards are linked. Therefore, they need to be added again. If the SIM card has the status "Active", this can only be done by contacting our technical support specialist via chat. If the status is "Inactive", then you can do it yourself, having first deleted the number from your personal account.
This error may occur if you have installed the application on your device and are trying to add a SIM card number that you have already added on another device. You should delete the number from your account and add it again on the new device. If the number has the status "Active» — contact the technical support chat.

If the first attempt to add a number fails and the SMS timer expires, the "TRY AGAIN". This is an alternative way to add a number. After clicking this button, the browser should automatically open, check that you are not a robot, automatically return to the application, after which an SMS should come and the number should be added. If this does not happen, you should send the logs from the application to the technical support employee in a convenient way.
Follow these instructions to send the log file:
1. Open the application side menu.
2. Click 7 times on the version below.
3. On the screen that opens Heartbeat press the button LOGS.
4. On the Logs screen, tap the share icon and select an app to send it through. The easiest way is to send it to Telegram. You can also save it to your device and send the file manually to Telegram, chat, or email.
Once the logs have been reviewed by the development department, you will receive a response to your question.
